How to Turn Real Estate Photos Into a Video Walkthrough
A practical workflow for selecting listing photos, ordering rooms, generating restrained motion, reviewing changes, and exporting a property video.

Primary topic: real estate videos from photos. Product and policy details can change; confirm current terms before publishing a listing asset.
Start with the listing story, not the animation
A useful walkthrough helps a buyer understand how the home progresses from one space to the next. Before choosing effects, decide which five views best explain that progression.
Use clean, rights-cleared photos that accurately represent the property. AI motion can create movement within an image, but it cannot recover a missing room or verify a detail outside the frame.
- Lead with the strongest wide exterior or living-space image.
- Follow a plausible walking order instead of sorting by color.
- Avoid near-duplicate angles that add no new information.
- Finish with a memorable feature, view, or primary bedroom.
Generate one scene at a time and review it
Treat every generated scene as a draft. Look for warped edges, moving fixtures, invented openings, or camera movement that makes the room feel unlike the original photo.
Walkthrough creates five short scenes and lets you reroll an individual scene instead of discarding the entire video. Keep the version that best preserves the source image rather than the version with the most dramatic movement.
Export, disclose, and check the final file
Watch the complete silent 25-second video before publishing. Confirm the room order, property details, disclosure, and destination requirements. The current Walkthrough export is a landscape 720p MP4.
Keep the original listing photos and your final approved file together. If a platform or brokerage requires an AI label, add it in the listing copy or caption as well as the video workflow.
