Information we handle
- Account information: your account identifier, name, email, verification status and sign-in information. Google sign-in shares basic identity, email and profile information; it does not give Walkthrough access to Gmail or Google Drive.
- Project content: property photos, filenames, project names, photo order, generated scenes and videos, and the settings and processing records needed to produce them.
- Purchases and support: credit transactions, payment references and statuses, refund or dispute records, and information you send when requesting help. Stripe processes payment details in its checkout; Walkthrough does not store your full card number.
- Technical information: request, device and service logs used for security, reliability and troubleshooting. Optional site analytics are described below.
Why we use this information
We use it to authenticate you, operate your private workspace, generate and deliver videos, track credits and payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Optional analytics help us understand use of the website. Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and protecting it, legal obligations, or your consent for optional analytics.
Services involved in processing
Walkthrough uses Clerk for authentication; Supabase for its database and private media storage; Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting and processing infrastructure; KIE and its underlying generation providers to turn submitted photos into video; Stripe for payments; and Resend for service email. Google Analytics is optional. A service receives the information needed for its role, such as photos for generation or an email address for delivery.
These providers may process information in different countries. A European database location does not mean all authentication, generation, email or support processing stays in Europe. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Project media is private in Walkthrough and accessed through authorized, temporary links. Do not upload confidential documents, unnecessary personal information or photos you lack permission to process. We do not publish your project media as marketing examples without permission. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or in connection with a business transfer.
Photos saved in this browser
When you select photos on the homepage, Walkthrough temporarily saves up to five photos and their order on this device so you can continue after signing in. These photos are uploaded only when you confirm in your workspace. The local draft expires after 24 hours and is removed when you next use the app, or sooner when you discard it or complete the upload. Clearing browser data may remove it earlier. Keep your original photos, and discard drafts when using a shared device.
Retention and deletion
Completed media currently uses a 90-day retention period measured from the latest successful walkthrough or scene reroll. Download videos you need to keep. You may delete an inactive project earlier; account deletion hides all its projects and queues media removal. Work still generating may need to finish before its media can be purged.
Hiding a project is immediate; storage deletion runs as a separate process and may retry after a service failure. Financial, security and required audit records may remain where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or other obligations. Backup copies expire separately and may not disappear at the same time as live data. We do not treat account deletion as an instruction to erase records we must retain.
See how to request deletion for the contact process and response target.
Cookies and analytics choices
Necessary authentication and security technologies support the service. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you accept it. You can change that choice below or through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Turning analytics off stops further collection by our Google tag and removes its accessible first-party analytics cookies; it does not retract information already sent. Your choice applies to this browser.
Optional analytics: off in this browser.
Your choice does not affect sign-in or video creation. Browser storage must be available to remember it between visits.
Your privacy requests
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your information, object to processing, request a restriction, or withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. Contact info@navistack.app and identify Walkthrough and your account email. We may verify your identity before acting. You may also contact the data-protection authority responsible for your location.
Security, children and changes
We use access controls and other safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Walkthrough is a property-marketing service and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. We update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice when required.
