Using Walkthrough

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with other accounts, upload harmful material or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.

Your photos and generated videos

You must have permission to upload and process your property photos, including any necessary rights from photographers, property owners and people shown. You retain your rights in your submitted content and authorize us and our processing providers to use it to operate the service and deliver the work you request.

You may use downloaded outputs for your property marketing subject to the rights in the source material and applicable rules. We do not guarantee exclusive rights in AI-generated elements or that an output is free of third-party claims.

Review AI output before publishing

Generated motion can introduce visual errors or details that are not present in a property. Check every scene against the original photos before sharing. You are responsible for accurate listing representations, required AI disclosures and the rules of your listing or advertising platform. A generated video is not a survey, inspection or guarantee of a property’s condition.

Credits, purchases and generation

Creating an account does not include a paid credit entitlement. Available credit packs and their prices appear before checkout; generation and scene rerolls show the credits required before you submit them. A credit purchase is a one-time purchase unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Credits are reserved when work starts and settled for completed work. Unused reservations for eligible failed work are released. Successfully generated scenes may remain charged if a later assembly step fails. Releasing reserved credits is different from a cash refund to your payment method.

For a payment problem, unused-credit refund request or failed generation, contact info@navistack.app with your account email and order or project reference. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Any additional offer-specific refund terms must be shown before purchase.

Availability and keeping your work

Processing depends on third-party services and may be delayed or fail. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or a particular generation result. Download completed videos you want to retain. Media retention and deletion are explained in the privacy policy; Walkthrough is not a permanent archive.

Account restrictions and responsibility

We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, payment disputes or legal requirements. Account closure does not automatically remove financial obligations or records that must be retained. Service limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not remove mandatory consumer protections.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are governed by Wyoming law, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live. Contact us first about a dispute. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material changes to these terms before they take effect.
